Every year, City Life Church organises Summer Camp for teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18. During the camp, I work as both production manager and audio engineer, overseeing not only the sound but also the stage design, video, and lighting.

The production is built on Monday, followed by the first service that same evening. Throughout the week, several services take place, with the final service held on Thursday evening. This makes it an intensive production in which preparation, teamwork, and quick decision-making are essential.

For the 2026 edition, we created a 360-degree stage setup. This introduced several additional technical challenges, as the stage was located in a smaller venue and all loudspeakers had to be positioned on the floor. Careful system placement, coverage, and coordination between audio, lighting, video, and stage design were therefore especially important.

It was a demanding but highly rewarding production, combining technical creativity, leadership, and live event experience to create an engaging environment for the teenagers throughout the week.
