For the 3FM Awards, I worked on behalf of PAARD Den Haag. During this large-scale event, I worked as a runner, handling a wide range of behind-the-scenes tasks. My main focus was wireless technology, including frequency coordination, troubleshooting interference, and resolving last-minute technical issues.

It was a fast-paced day where flexibility and quick decision-making were essential. Whenever a problem arose, I was ready to respond immediately so the programme could continue smoothly. It was an intense, energetic, and varied experience within a large production team, where teamwork and timing were crucial.
